V6 Motor Mounts-Not a question, but recommendation

I have read about all of the posts regarding the motor mounts, and 99% of the owners saying they will just live with not replacing the rear mount.
I have to tell you that I had replaced the tranny mount and the passenger side mount, but still felt the slight clunk shifting from P to R or D. I took a mirror all around the rear mount and saw no cracks. But I noticed how my front torque rod still did not sit right with the rubber grommet farther to one side than the other (a clue).
I bit the bullet and changed the rear mount and now there is no clunking shifting, and that torque rod is finally centered (without me touching it). upon inspection of the rear mount, it was sheared, but since it was the original donut on donut looking mount, I could not tell when it was in place and under load.
Bottom line is if you follow the WIS, it is a pretty easy job. I did not use a hoist to hold the engine, just put the car up on ramps and used a jack w a 2x4 underneath the transmission to stabilize the motor while reinstalling the new mount. Make sure you disconnect the O2 sensors in the engine bay before dropping the exhaust.
Removing the mount bracket was a bit of a pain, but came off fine.
Another note is when reinstalling the exhaust, the car cannot be on the jack. I could not get the rear manifold to go on while on the jack.
Hope this helps and inspires.
