I have a 2006 9-5 sport wagon.
I would have bought another 9000 after selling my first one, but that wasn't a practical option for my me in 2008.
I drive a 9-5 because:
It's reliable.
For me its the best car for the money.
Tons of cargo space.
Good gas milage.
All the good stuff you listed - turbo, seats, cockpit.
It looks awesome.
I have a great dealer close by.
CPO warranty has been great.
I plan on keeping it for 10+ years and don't care about resale value.
I have taken care of the rattles (which will probably return with age).
And we have this amazing site to turn to when something goes wrong!
