Pull/slide the rubber seal out of the joint.
I think I pried it out with a screwdriver.
Then push the fuel line tool into the joint and it will come apart.
You can get a set of different size plastic fuel line tools (collars) at the parts store for $10 or less.
Use whichever one fits the saab line.
