Front Passenger Tire wearing FAST. Posted by B Millar [Email] (#1109) [Profile/Gallery] (more from B Millar) on Sun, 9 May 2010 10:52:33 Members do not see ads below this line. - Help Keep This Site Online - Signup |
I'm calling tomorrow for an alignment, but would like a Saabnet opinion first. These tires are currently on the BACK of my car, but last summer they were on the front (same sides, they're directional). They haven't been on my car long enough this season for any visible wear. All three other tires look the same, but this one is near bald. They all seem to be wearing evenly across the widths of the tires, this one is just substantially more.
They are crappy Korean Nexen N7000's that have about 12,000 miles on them. They're loud and handle like garbage. They have a load rating of 91W and the manual states my car should have 94W. The dealer I bought it from put them on. Grr.
I have no idea what's up. There's a slight wobble in my steering wheel. Any ideas? Also, if I bring it to a competent alignment shop is it reasonable to ask for a print out of the before and after values of the camber and all that alignment stuff? Thanks!
