Liam-
Pretty much what you have is what you (may) need. It would be worth your time to inspect your current hoses from the VC to the oil trap and trap to the sump. The OE hoses over time tend to get really soft and like to tear when being removed. Carefully try to remove them, if they start to stretch, its best to replace them or just order new ones to ensure no problems with the install.
Would recommend using OE hoses over the Uro hoses. Have seen cars come in with the Uro hoses which have soaked up oil and are loose fitting to the ports. The Saab hoses seem to last forever until you start tugging or messing with them. For the small price diff just go OE Saab.
An alternative to buying the 9399973 hose set is buying the valve separately. The OE vacuum line is treated not to absorb oil and expand (such as the Uro hoses do with time). If you are careful with removing the old valve from the line you can use 7521313 or 7521313A with the existing hose without any problems. Really just check your existing valve, it may not even need to be replaced.
