Hi,
My 2007 Aero had developed a problem with the first start of the morning/day. I can take anywhere from 4-8 long cranks to get it started and then it's fine for the rest of the day. It will start right away first attempt after the initial start. Then the next morning it's the same thing. It has spent a total of 2 weeks at the dealer in two stretches to try and resolve the problem. They have replaced the following in no particular order;
Fuel pump, fuel pump module, PVC valve, Crankshaft Position sensor, spark plugs, battery, direct ignition cassette, etc. They don't get any error codes to pull off. The probelm occured when the car rolled over to 60,000kms. Always fired up right away on first crank before this.
Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.
THanks
Norm
