head gasket and water in V6

I'm trying to diagnose what i suspect is a head gasket failure. I have large amounts of bubbles overflowing the fill tank just when i crank it.
The middle cyl on the front head squirts water with the plug out. None of the others do, but even with that plug out, and each of the other plugs also pulled in turn, i still get massive bubbles. No water out of any other cyl. Even without all the plugs in the front head there are bubbles.
Oil is clean. If you leave the cap off a good V6, you don't get big burps upon just cranking a cool engine, do you? Suggestions?? I want to try K&W before tearing it apart.
And how do you get to the radiator drain??? I see it, i can touch it, but there's no way to turn it.
