I want to recharge my 2001 aero. It just does not seem to be cooling as well as it once did. The system has never been checked and it So Cal it gets lots of usage.
From searching around here, it looks like I should be able to get a can of refrigerant at an auto parts store and top up the pressure. I will have to take out the passenger side headlight to get to the low pressure port.
Any advice and or gotchas from people. I am not clear on the procedure. do I just follow the instructions on the can? Is there a certain pressure to fill it to?
I don't have any leaks, just the cooling does not seem to be what it once was, or what my 2003 aero can put out.
thanks in advance for your help.
