Dirt and debris first has to pass thru or around the A/C condensor, then the Intercooler, before lodging in the radiator fins. I plan on removing the fan shroud to replace the lower radiator hose when I replace the water pump (I've had a new water pump and all the other bits & pieces for 4 years now). With the shroud removed it should be easy to blow any crap out from the back side.
Thanks for the heads up on this. Otherwise I may have removed the shroud and neglected to clean the radiator.
