I have a 1999 Saab 9-5 4 cyl. standard with 80k miles.
The bad::
The A/C does not work,The display also goes on and off when I go to lowest temp setting.
The battery seems to have died, may need a new one.
The wood panel around gear shift is broken but I have a replacement one ready to be installed.
The tires need replacement.
There is a small 3"x3" hole in the carpet on driver side foot panel from wify's left foot heals.
The SID has pixel problem like most 9-5's.
There is a small paint fade area on the roof.
The fog light lens is broken.
The theft alarm needs new battery which I have, it just needs to be installed.
Other than this the GOOD is low miles and synthatic oil change all its life, so No sludge.
The PVC#6 has been done.
it has a 3 year new fuel pump,
New front wheel bearings.
Engine runs and sounds very good.
I am providing a complete wheel set with tires that may last at least 5-6k miles.
Providing a spare DIC.
Providing a spare SID.
Providing a spare wood dash.
So what do you guys think it is worth to sell to private party.
Kbb Fair condition value is $1500, Good condition is $2000.
this is not a classified ad... I have a buyer who is offering $2000, should I take it? I had it for sale at $2900.
If this guy does not take it at $2700 then I will just fix all the things and then re-post it at a higher price...
