Had my ABS module, 2000 9-5 Aero, repaired by BBA Reman. Well worth the $125 (included shipping) Module was returned to me in 4 days.

I drove the car with the module out for weeks and it worked fine. Missed not having the speedo working. I must say the removal and reinstall went rather easy. It took me about 1 hr to remove the unit and about 1/2 to reinstall. I would recommend to everyone to DIY. Saab wanted around $2000 + to remove the whole unit and replace. I found an indie in NJ who wanted to remove and send out for repairs and replace and thought he was doing me a favor at $900. As mentioned the $125 was well worth my time. I hope this information will help others who may run into this issue and not sure they can repair themselves.
