I didn't do a lot of research into what vacuum hoses could be re-routed and which ones couldn't so I reconnected as closely as I could to the previous setup. Other posts here told me that the third device, the one you labeled (c), was just for the heater bypass, so I was okay bypassing that.
I've had no stumbling/change in performance since the change (A/C seems to work fine with the bypass too, ~800mi trip from Northern CA to San Diego and back)
I left the vacuum hoses on the device you labeled (b) as-is, which had three connections:
1) to the "T" coming out of the intake
2) to the throttle body
3) to the turbo bypass
The other electrical device (the one that was down by the heater bypass valve) was connected to the other end of the "T" coming out of the intake. I plugged up the vacuum hose leading to the "T" and tucked that away, and reconnected it electrically to prevent an ACC error code.
With the first device related to the turbo and the throttle body, I didn't want to mess with that one. The second one I knew was just for the (no longer present) heater valve.
