TCS Off Light + CEL + Stalling Issues

I have recently been having issues with my car stalling. One day I was driving to work and the car stalls, and the TCS Off light + CEL came on. The car seemed to work normally, except for that it was idling at about 600RPM and would stall if I didn't blip the throttle at stop signs.
If I pull the ECM fuse for a bit to reset the check engine light, the car will function completely normally for about 10-20 miles, then the CEL and TCS Off lights come on and the rough idle will come back.
I did some searching and found some info on cleaning the throttle body. So I did that, but the issues are still happening.
I'm kind of stumped now. Any suggestions?
