The solenoids are integrated into the module assembly that someone just told you had no faults. I don't think I have ever encountered those fault codes on a 9-5. If the module is alive and setting codes, you do not have the traditional module failure, but according to WIS it can be caused by the internal voltage relay or by a lack of power to pins 17 and 18 of the module. I would make sure that those two large red wires and the two large black wires are making good contact at the module connector.
