Too bad that you can't use my front Powerflex bushings, but sure but glad we didn't simply assume they'd fit!
On the front camber issue... it MAY improve with new bushings if your origninal front bushings are so far gone that the pivoting rear shaft of the A-arm has moved off dead center of the bushing. In that case, you would see an effect on camber... and as importantly, the toe-in. Any dislocation of the A-Arm mounting points will impact both camber and toe-in.
In my experience, it is VERY important to have even camber side to side, even if the camber is near the spec limit. "Eveness" of camber is as or more important for handling and proper tracking over uneven pavement. On my old 1995 Saab 900s, I slotted the upper strut mounting holes with a round file to allow "side-side tilting" of the strut to adjust the camber to be even. Made a big difference to the steering and tracking.
With my old OEM front struts, I had a difference in camber side to side of almost 1 degree and it was greater than the spec limit. I used the Eibach aftermarket camber adjusting cam-bolts in the upper bolt hole of the strut to steering knuckle connection. However those are fussy to set-up and may slip over time. When I installed my new Koni FSD front struts last year, I removed the Eibach camber bolts and bolted the new struts in with stock fasteners. The camber was perfectly even and within specs, at least after I readjusted the toe-in to be correct. It seems the accuracy of the strut mouting bolt holes was better on the new Konis, and my camber issue went away.
