Thanks for your follow up. My battery is approx 2 yrs old. I actually found the problem that had me going nuts.
When I had my ABS module rebuilt I had to remove the battery and tray along with moving the fuse box and connectors behind the fuse box. When I replaced the rebuilt ABS unit I had lost one of the nuts that connected the hot wires to a terminal post behind the fuse box ( right where the 4 60 amp fuses are housed ) I fastened the terminals with a weird type of nut that did not allow good contact. As I was wiggling things around this morning with the engine running I heard the fans kick on. With that I then narrowed it down to that terminal post after seeing electricity arc. Now everything works as normal and I learned my lesson.
