I'm in the process of installing my third cartridge from Swedish Dynamics,(I buy 9-5's that need love) the only difficulty I've run into is removing the exhaust housing side bolts, as they age the head rusts away so no wrench fits, but PB Blaster, heat and vice grips solved that.
You just have to use a straight edge to mark yhe alignment of the housings before you take anything apart, and line them up on reassembly.
