That was me. But the oil pump went out before the additive had a full chance to work which was twelve hundred miles. When the oil pump crashed it could no longer circulate the additive so I really don't know whether it would have worked or not. A good working oil pump is imperative for this additive to work. It seemed to be working the first several hundred miles.
I put it in all of my four other Saabs as well and they are running very smoothly. But none of them had engine problems.
I guess the only way to know whether this was working or not is to tear the engine down but even then you may not be able to tell.
