It's not something that is scheduled and as long as it is plenty in there, it should be enough to keep the C/V joint going.
Since today's axle boots last almost forever, the grease doesn't get changed as in the old 900 and 9000 days where it was a common job to replace cracked boots now and then.
Sure, if you have plenty of time and just a little bit of extra money, taking the drive shafts out, disassemble, clean, repack and install new boots on inner/outer axle joint might be a good thing.
