They're talking about the check valve that goes from the valve cover to the throttle body. This is not included in PCV6. I also bought p/n 7521313A (the Scantech valve) because I wasn't about to pay $30 for a check valve and hose. It took a little research to verify that 7521313A was essentially the same valve. The old valve broke off on one end (the same thing happened on my old 9-3) but I was still able to reuse the old hose after prying out the broken nipple.
