Do you access to a Saab workshop manual WIS? The information is in there.
you measure from bottom edge center of the wheel well to the far edge of the aluminum wheel. So NOT THE floor, but only the bottom of the tire bewtween the wheel and the floor.

The rear is critical because of load variations.
Most people make their own spacers that fit under the rear springs at bottom. There are some on eBay if you do a search on eBay motors for 9-5 spring spacers. These look pretty good.
for front you would have to make your own. My opinion is the front is less critical. ok if you are withing 10mm in front.
