It depends what jobs you are doing, but that's a good set of external torx for most work. The E20 is used for 2002+ front brakes; 1999-2001 should have the 18mm bolt though. Search on E16 and E18 and you'll turn up some discussion of that re:head bolts, but that is an unusual job and may be a non-issue on the V6. I got the Craftsman set you linked to for their warranty after breaking some low quality sets in the past.
Rich is correct on needing a full set of standard torx and allen/hex bits for most work. (I never use my tamper proof torx.)
