...to check, besides the sunroof drains, is the cabin filter space. Saab expects the cabin filter to be changed every couple of years, and part of that process is to vacuum out the space where the filter goes, AND blow clear the drains. The filter space is also the A/C evaporator space. As the A/C cools the air, water, from the moisture in the air, condenses on the evaporator's outside surfaces. This then drips to the bottom of the housing, and out the drains.
The drains exit the cabin about where the front seat beam is, on either side of the center console. There is one drain on each side of the center console, and you do need to get both of them and blow them clear.
