Diameter wise, yes, you'll be able to fit a "standard" spare of the same diameter as your regular tires (it's a pretty wide well, in that respect). This is pretty much de rigueur with cars that have traction control, a smaller diameter spare would drive it nuts. It's also, purportedly, not a good thing for AWD to mount a smaller diameter spare.
The width of the **tire** that will fit will be very much smaller on the spare, not much more than about 1/2 the regular tire width. I'm sure a "regular" size will fit, but it'll sit high, and thus, you're losing some trunk space once you put the "lid" down.
