I would think it's pretty simple. It's only worth what the market is willing to pay at the time of year. See others listings here, and the two major car shopping websites, one starts with an A and the other a C. This being winter ( at least in the upper part of the country) I think theres less of a demand for car shopping at this time of year. I think most people either try to get a purchase in before the cold hits, or in the spring to start out new with a new ride. Maybe it's just my neurotic way of reasoning, but I never shop in the winter unless I'm forced to,due to necessity.
That said, I would guess it's worth somewhere in the 4K to 5.5K range, nice low mileage, and if it's a stick add 5-800 more in my book.
