Not sure your location, but Edmund's might show Dealer price of almost $8k, that's with the Visibility Package (xenon, rain-sensing, back-up) and outstanding condition.
You didn't say much about the condition. If indeed Excellent inside and out, new tires, Visibility Pckg and you like it, I'd consider $8k. It would be nice to know more about the service history, it'd be great if some other things had been replaced. SID and DIC are common items, so are rear shocks, brake pads/rotors, coolant bypass valve. Too bad service history doesn't indicate these things, but you could have dealer check pads/rotors. You could also have dealer drop pan (in your presence) and clean pick-up would be wonderful, but I think you'd have to figure another $200-300 into selling price for his labor on that.
So, if it's what you want, has the bells/whistles, dealer drops pan (you get new synthetic oil change in process) and checks brakes, rear shocks aren't leaking (both of my 2002 Aero SW were by 75k miles), I'd consider $8,500. I know some will say I'm crazy, they wouldn't pay half that much, but...that's a great car. This one's 250 miles from you, so I assume that SAAB's aren't that common in your area. They aren't in mine either. If they are, then maybe wait for another.
