Cold air is more dense than warm air therefore you will see a drop in mpg. In 23F today, I got 27.6 mixed highway/city driving near Chicago at 70-75mph. In 80F it would have been more like 29.6-32 mpg. I don't know how much the winter gas blend would matter. On highway driving at 80F(Wisconsin to Illinois) the best I have seen on the 07 Aero S/C was 34.6 at at steady 70-75 mph.
