So, pretty new rotors and akebono euro pads on all four wheels (15K or so).
Recently I started getting a groan from the right side during breaking right before the car comes to a stop.

Driving straight, firmly depress brake, car starts to deaccelerate, everything is quiet, then right before it comes to a full stop (and your head snaps forward a bit) I get a groan/creak from the right front wheel. No ABS light. It happens every time I try.

Also, I feel as if the brakes aren't as strong as they used to. I mean they stop fine, but there's something about them, not really mushy, just not as much bite.

A few days ago I thought that I felt as if the pedal "dropped on me" I was braking and all of a sudden the pedal sunk slightly with no feeling but a split second and half an inch later it felt okay again. Got the groan right before the head snap as always. If what I'm recalling is correct, this only happened once.

All testing done with car sufficiently warmed up. Happens cold or warm.

Any ideas?
