I suppose it you regularly leave the headliner off your car, they'd be pretty easy.
As it is, I won't call it (necessarily) difficult, but (especially) the first time, it will take awhile to remove all the trim pieces.
The trim pieces don't just come off with removing a couple of screws. They start with a well-placed screw or two, but then you have to slide/pull/pop off. Again, not necessarily difficult, but some might be afraid of breaking something, or actually breaking tabs if not careful.
Find out how much labor time your dealer will charge, and if your first time, double at least, maybe triple depending upon your general experience and comfort level tearing cars apart.
