You should get the same level of service whether the car is leased or not. This is because on a leased car, the dealer actually sold it to Saab's finance arm, a bank, like Chase, or someone else, who then leased it to you. Which is why you negotiate a sale price and then the lease terms, rather than just take the advertised lease rate that may or may not be based on MSRP. I had a leased 9-5 se and dealers didn't care one way or the other who owned the car. Saab paid for warranty items, I paid for ones that weren't, and that was that.
