You can't buy just a replacement bushing from Saab. You have to get the whole mount, even though the bushing is really the only part that wears. On my 2001 V6 I replaced the whole dogbone mount around 180k miles. With fresh rubber I noticed a big change in shifting, especially under high load from 1-2 and 2-3 and 3-2.
I tried that GenuineSaab poly mount in my Aero and it improved shifting a LOT and I thought it made my steering feel much more precise and sharp, though I haven't heard many others report the same. I liked it but it transmitted a LOT of engine vibration to the cabin, and through my seat while I was accelerating so I took it out. I may give it another shot this spring though.
