I usually get Chevron myself (just out of habit and convenience more than anything) and occasionally Costco, and I've seen the tanker trucks that deliver to both.
None of them have say Chevron or Costco (of course). They're all nearly unmarked trucks with just some small signage on the cab like 'Golden Bear Marketing' or something like that. I'm sure Sam's is the same way.
Like another poster implied, all the gas suppliers get their fuels from the same refineries -- they just might add a little bit of this or a little bit of that (like Techron) before it gets to the consumer. COstco and Sam's probably have no additives in their formualtion.
IMHO, however, what the major brands and Costco or Sam's do that the small independents may not (like Valero, say), is maintain their physical hardware better so you don't have malfunctioning pumps, leaky, greasy handles, or stuff in the tanks.
