They tend to flicker and turn purple-ish as they near the end of their lifespan. Saab and GM changed the warranty fine print so much that I have no idea if it'll be covered for you, but I have heard of people getting both or at least one replaced under warranty. I would replace both because the other won't be far behind, and they will be different colors as Xenon bulbs change a bit over their lifespan.
