Koni/Bilstein combo possible?!?

My 2002 9-5 Aero is long overdue for a suspension overhaul. I have almost 140,000 miles on the original set-up.
I am looking for something rather firm and sporty. I have read various posts and had narrowed my suspension choice to either Koni yellows or Bilsteins.
Would it be completely out of question to put Koni yellows on the front and Bilsteins on the rear? Would there be any adverse affect on the drivability due to having 2 different companies products on the vehicle? Has anyone ever done this and liked the set-up?
