99 9-5 auto 4cyl
car alarm has been doing the low battery random soundoff (have to pull the battery to fix) for months - now it refuses to start:
She drove it to a location, locked it with the key, came back 1hr later -
Using the remote to disarm produces no result - she used the key to open the driver's door then pulled the locks - the power locks switch on the console would not work. She turns the key to start and it sounds like the starter solenoid engages but the starter will not turn over -

I arrived - removed the battery, cleaned, checked at store then on carbon pile and battery 100% ok - cleaned contacts - used voltmeter, good battery down to the starter so battery power is fine.
Opened door and heard 1Hz click coming from the passenger side - searched and found the relay on the front of the seat was clicking continuously once per second. The seat will not move - pulled the fuse (central locking and passenger power seat are on the SAME fuse) and the clicking quit and door locks (still) won't work - putting it back in just makes the seat click - removed the relay and nothing works anyway...

Also one last clue - new message on the dash that I can't read - it's not the service theft alarm, key battery low, or windshield wiper fluid low (the messages we have seen so far) -

Went under the hood and jumped the NSS over pins 6 and 10 per previous posts and no result on starter -

My only guess is that Twice has put up a message and disabled the starter - is there any way to short the starter to get the car moved or test twice? What message could it be saying on the dash (I can read 4 letters)

I know Twice is a dealer only item, just need to check everything to see what can be done!
