I would as a minimum have it checked out at your indy + also inquire in more depth what was actually done when they found this problem. I looked at a 2003 9-5 wagon a while back that had also been "cleaned out" by the dealer after oil pressure issues, including a new turbo... but it *still* did not have pcv#6... that the one you are looking at got the update is better... that it is an aero + has the more robust turbo also helps...
in the end, price is everything... if it's a great price, sure why not... the one we looked at was a fair price but knowing the cost of engine replacement (never mind the inconvenience), and the value of the car with a dead engine, it was stuck in the middle: if the engine failed, we'd lose $3k to sell as is, or pay as much or more to fix as just getting a newer lower mile 2004+ instead (ie 2003+repair>=2004)... if the sellers had been willing to knock off another k or so, I'd have taken the gamble... no guarantees the engine is going to conk out either + could end up with a great deal that way (but that risk needs to be reflected in the price)... that the seller might find a less mechanically aware buyer, or one willing to take higher risk should not make you re-evaluate your own balance on the situation... all imho...
