You have a problem with the blend door. On my 04 the sleeve on the motor door cracked. The fix is to replace the drive shaft on the servo motor with a longer one. (SAAB Part). This may be your problem... mine was stuck on cold.. no codes either..even though mine would fix itself for a while when I calibrated the system.
