hi, I sell the non-split spacers under jjj performance. The split spacers are actually an ok idea if there are the height that you need. I have found that 1" is the average and on non-aero wagons and some non-aero sedans, 1 1/2" is needed. I have not done an aero wagon yet, but my aero sedan took 1" with Monroe shocks.
About the fronts. The ride height in the front should not effect the tow / camber, but it will effect tire touching especially if you use the 245-35-17 and on my non-aero I have 245-45-17. Before the front ride height was adjusted to spec the tiires were touching on the front from time to time, but after a prototype front lift to bring the car to spec almost no touching.
I have also never compressed a spring while on the car, probably is an easy thing to do depending on the compresser type. I have been meaning to make a version of them (built a bit better), but I just don't have enough call for the lifts yet. The lifts I think are a good idea, and I think everyone for ordering them, just not enough to justify a new more costly design. 9/10 you will be replacing the springs / shocks anyway.....
In any case, good luck, but for sure (however) get the rear ride height to spec.
