I replaced the front 3 mounts on our 2003 Aero at about 90,000 miles as I recall. I didn't notice that much difference afterward in ride or vibration - maybe a bit smoother. But it was obvious how much the passenger side mount had compressed down compared to the new mount. That was my main reason to replace the mounts.
