Hello, your comment about the system 'remembering' your settings, sometimes not: If you turn the car off and then start it back up within 10 minutes, the system remains where you left it. After 10 mins, it resets to the default (or whatever you have programmed).

Your first issue, I too feel air coming thru the vents when the system is turned off. I think that's just the system, I don't mind it as I always crave fresh air. The rest, well, good luck at the dealer. I've noticed the system works just as I progammed it some days, other days it doesn't.
