I have an '03 and an '07 as well. On the '03 it's a piece of cake. Site sponsor genuinesaab.com has the harness. You simply unplug the OnStar connection that is behind the radio. If you look on my profile here on Saabnet I posted photos of this.
The bad news is there is no harness on the '07. GM, in their infinite wisdom deleted it. I have a Motorola IHF-1000 installed in both cars and in the '07 I simply used the speaker that comes with the kit, and I manually turn the radio off when I make / take a call.
