I personally like the Koni yellow adjustables. On my car they really work well.

Sach, Monroes, and others are built for a price and will give you less performance and much shorter service life. Not what I would use if I want to make a difference in handling. OK if you just want to patch it up and sell the car soon.

Shocks don't change ride height much in the long run......unless their spring perch is in a different place. Springs and spacers change ride height.
