At this point I do not feel it is appropriate to reveal the location, as I am in the middle of an ongoing nightmare. The sales people are wonderful, knowledgeable, very professional, etc. I have bought three Saabs from them. Yes, I highly recommend them.
I have had many doubts about the service department for several years. I continue to return there because they are convenient. At this point they have my car again, can't find the shifter problem, and I discovered yet another puddle on my garage floor. I have requested a new car or the return of my money. They are not being very cooperative on that request. I have been more than loyal to them and to Saab for 13 years, and I feel that Saab should give me a decent product, the one I paid for. Depending on the outcome, I may or may not reveal them in the future. Will I continue to go there for service? Good question. I don't know. Thanks for asking!
