I've never known somebody who has a higher mile car that has had a power flush, and not walked away with tranny issues. My parents had a buick lesaber, that was a beautiful car, and drove amazing for years, they had a tranny flush, and it ruined the tranny. and they sold it 3 weeks later. The drain fill method for me is the way to go. I do it every 2-3 oil changes, since I'm under there anyways, you get about 1/3 - 1/2 of the fluid out, not everything, but if you do it regularly, its not a problem. and you are not putting any weird pressure on the tranny. And fluid is cheap. I get mine from auto zone, its the stuff they reccomend for toyotas, saabs, and a few other cars.
