You only have two O2 sensors, front (#1) and rear (#2).
The front one is always before the catalytic converter and the rear is after.
Since the 4cyl 9-5 have a pre and post cat it gets a little bit more confusing so you have to use the first (pre cat) to go by.
I think you said you replaced the first sensor 20K miles ago and that should be the one right after turbo flange under the heatsheild.
#2 is after the pre cat accessed from under the car.
I don' think I have seen any pictures of the J16 splice but it is right at the Trionic ECU harness connector.
