I have used the vacuum pump method through the dipstick and I really like it. I am able to get 5 quarts or so out without too much trouble. It sure is fast and convenient. I use a pump that I bought on Griots garage some time ago #10115 $89.99.....I am sure others sell something similar.
Makes the job fast and easy. no jacking, draining, drainpan etc..
works for me.
