TWO hours with the wrong tool vs two SECONDS Posted by jgARC03SW [Email] (#1216) [Profile/Gallery] (more from jgARC03SW) on Mon, 27 Jun 2011 05:50:23 Members do not see ads below this line. - Help Keep This Site Online - Signup |
with the right tool :)
The sears craftsman 6mm nut driver ($6.49) was ever so smaller on the outside diameter than the Harbor Freight nut driver set's 6mm one ($7.99 for a set of 7).
Two hours futzing around on and off the past couple weeks, versus two seconds with the right tool and the recirculation motor is off.
It is still dangling by the wire connector as it was too dark to cut off the zip tie since I would have cut whatever important wire bundle it is attached to.
But the motor is out and the broken plastic flap on the far side of the motor fell out with it.
