I was preparing my 03 9-5 Aero for a 1800 mile round trip journey this long holiday weekend, but a couple days before the family was to leave I noticed a pretty bad oil leak and had to leave the Aero behind and drive our SUV and alter our journey to about a 500 mile trip.

As I entered the highway of course within 5 miles I saw a 9-5 Aero wagon just cruising by probably doing about 80mph. I thought to myself this just isn't fair. That guy is living my weekend, I know it.

I actually had been looking forward to the trip because I've owned at least one Saab since 1988 and have taken them on many looong road trips and truly believe they have become therapeutic to me. Not that our SUV couldn't make the trip, but I lost the enthusiasm. Just wasn't what I planned.

My question is where did you drive your 9-5 this holiday?
