In order: 1) Sorry, but I'm clueless on '02+ ball joint mfr. 2) Like the HD's very well for our purpose - could only be certain old ones were bad by removing - zero return pressure on either side, but still had fluid and valving. 3) I did the sway bars links w. hand tools, but 24 hrs of penetrating oil will be your friend - plus very thin 18mm wrench wedged in behind the boot on the flats. 4) Don't have an answer for this. 5) Moog ball joints had complete groove, so rotation was not necessary, but that means I'm not sure. 6) You should align after replacing the rear control arm bushing. I did mine because I once had a 9000, and those control arm bushings sometimes went bad in < 100K miles. If you can detect no deflection when the ball joint is out, maybe you can get by without doing the bushings - might be worth an extra specificly titled post to the board for opinions.
