Sorry for the lack of explanation. I'd have to look in my car, but as I recall it you would have to remove the bottom part of the airbox, use a deep socket to screw it into the plastic (it is shaped like a hex)- and then place it in the car by setting the other side of the suspension's threaded part into the metal brackets. You'd then use the existing nut to secure it to the car.
There's three of those suspension items in the airbox, I think.

P.S. Trust me, you won't be able to do it with the airbox in the car. I tried it by turning it with a tool, but the rubber eventually flexes not allowing for torque to be applied. You need the deep socket...
